Remove second group on post page?

Right now I'm using default theme, until I find one I like, but I want to change this:

to remove the post-based group, and just show the "Spinosaurus" (Owner/Admin) rank. [Dinosaur style]

 

How do I do so? I'm using the $20/mo cloud plan.
