Calendar rss problems

I have my calendar on a rss scroller feed and I am having problems with all date events and  one-day past events showing on calendar.

Image below shows an 8pm start for an all day event the next day. 

The time zone are both correct for the calendar and the RSS feed from Feedwind.com

I'm not sure if it is the RSS Feed or from the calendar itself.

Is anyone else having problems with the caledar rss??
