I Need a Slider for any Theme (as a php block ?)

I'm looking for a slider I can use with ISP pages as a block. 
Can I use a third party plugin? where I can add a php code in a block.  For example , something like this :  https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_slideshow.asp

I'm not an expert I barely know what html is
