I am looking for someone who is very knowledgeable in setting up Rules, using https://invisioncommunity.com/clients/purchases/50170-commerce-rules/

Specifically I need the following rules:

• Give Points when new topic is X characters in length & within certain forums
• Give Points when new reply is X characters in length

I also have a need for setting advanced rules for referrals.
