IPS Connect Question

Hi Community Friends!
I wanted to get some feedback from those of you who use IPS Connect.

I want to make one of my sites a slave to my main site. The slave site will have more users in it's database than the master site. Will this be a problem? Will users be able to sign in to each site across the network?

Also, do the sites need to be on the same domain in order for the SSO feature to work? (ie. site.com - subdomain.site.com)

Finally, is it possible to have the "master" control all login/registrations instead of having slaves do this?
