Reverse Charge Plugin for Commerce?

Hello Forum,

 

I am just in the phase to set up a new community and in the future, I also want to have paid memberships. The problem is that I am dealing mainly with business people. As we are based in Germany, Europe, we need a way to decide whether Reverse Charge is applicable (no  Sales Tax added) or not (Sales Tax added). Is there an option in IP.Commerce or a plugin featuring this? Could not find something yet.
