[PAID] Reorder Gallery Images

I was wondering if someone would be interested in making an app or plugin which would allow Gallery owners to manually reorder the photos they have uploaded, in addition to the sort criteria that IPS provide.

So for example, the Gallery owner could rearrange the photos within the Gallery after uploading them, and for the normal viewer, there could be a sort option called "manual" or "original" (or something like that) which would show them in the order that the Gallery owner has selected.

Would be willing to pay for this if someone could make it
