Remove redirects

I have forums set up in the 'forums' subfolder on my website

I don't have a website just forums

On speed tests it tells me to avoid the following redirect chain

* http://www.website.co.uk/
* http://www.website.co.uk/forums/
* http://www.website.co.uk/forums/

How do I do that so that if someone simply types in www.website.co.uk or website.co.uk it goes to https://www.website.co.uk/forums/ ?

Every time I try to change this it takes the visitor not to my forums but to folders on my server?
