DB form in ips-dialog doesn't work in 4.2

Hi,

just tried to open a db entry creation form in  ips-dialog mode. This doesn't work anymore in 4.2.

We did this all the time with 4.1 because it's an easy and fast way for members to add articles and db entries.

Does anybody else have this problem?

Doing this in 4.2 grays out the screen only but shows no dialog (except the dialog title).
