Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
rngrdanny22 Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Anyone else ever experience this? My thought would be that all pictures within the patchwork should be separated by about 5px whitespace, but sometimes pictures on my gallery index run together and really screw up the look and feel. Would definitely appreciate some help!!
rngrdanny22 Posted August 15, 2017 Author Posted August 15, 2017 Nobody else experience this? Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about: Notice the spacing issues at the end of the first row and then all over the second and third rows.
rngrdanny22 Posted August 15, 2017 Author Posted August 15, 2017 Sorry for another post, but is there also an option for endless AJAX scroll like Flickr?
rngrdanny22 Posted August 27, 2017 Author Posted August 27, 2017 Has anyone else run into this issue? I've also noticed that my site will sometimes grid the photos properly when logged in, but messed up when logged out. Very strange!
CP Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 They seem to look good to me: Maybe check your browser extensions. Sometimes those can effect areas of websites.
rngrdanny22 Posted August 27, 2017 Author Posted August 27, 2017 Very strange. It works perfect in Microsoft Edge. When in Chrome, it can act up at times. I disabled all extensions and it didn't make any difference. What browser did you use to test?
CP Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I should have mentioned I was using Safari sorry about that. I had a member report a issue using Chrome on my site with the featured files not working correctly. I don't use Chrome so I really can't help you. But at least you know it is a Chrome issue.
rngrdanny22 Posted August 27, 2017 Author Posted August 27, 2017 Just now, CP said: I should have mentioned I was using Safari sorry about that. Thank you!! It's probably a CSS discrepancy somewhere that Chrome just doesn't like for some reason. Hopefully the fix gets picked up in an upcoming patch.
