meta description and many languages

How can do to have a meta tag "description" when the website has more than one languages?

In the adminCP I have only one tag "meta description" for each page.

Is it possible to add lang=" " in the description meta tag?

If I add 2 backslash // between my descriptions (2 languages), is this a good practice?
