member group gets higher commission

So i have a Custom (Premium) Membership that Members can Purchase out of the Store

The Membership gets them moved into the group named "Exclusive"

Does anyone know how i can make it so this said group can earn either a set amount, or higher commision than regular member group?

So i have the set commission amount as 2%

I would like the Exclusive Group to earn lets say 3% or 4%

 

I the Rules Lite app...if this will make a difference on the reply i get, if any
