Emoticons only 3 lines showing

I've uploaded a few more from the IPS market and a few files have many emoticons but when you go to the post and click on the emoticons icon to add them only 3 lines will show...

But its clear there around 200 of them....

If you click on categories, does not all the icons open sorted by categories ?

You can't click on categories as nothing happens and the curser changes...

I must have load in each category but only ever see 3 line per category:-

I changed the theme to the default theme and i can see categories now:-
