David.. Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 Hey, I refuse some payments made via nexus and I'm unsure what it writes in the sent email but people keep repurchasing when they're being refused so I wanted to edit the email's content. I cannot find that option (anymore). Anyone know?
Derpity Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 All email information sent from ips is done through language strings, so if you go to AdminCP->Customization->Languages then click on the translate button (looks likea globe) to the right of that language, you can search through the language strings. If you refuse payment by doing a refund then you would search for 'email_transaction_refunded'. Or just search for email and look through them to find what you are after
