Commerce Transaction

Hello, 

We run an online gaming community which we sell custom made skins and models etc... 

When a client has completed a transaction and it's approved..  we then go ahead and fulfill the purchase make the skin and assign it to the unique id of the player in game. 

What I'm looking for is another column on the Transaction page with a checkbox or similar  so our staff can mark the transaction as completed.  

We are currently manually keeping notes but this can get rather messy.
