Coder Needed: PM feature upon Product Purchase

I am looking to hire a coder to develop the below feature:

When a forum member purchases from my IP.Board store, I'd like an automatic private message sent out to that user.

Is this possible, if so how much would you charge to develop said feature. You may have full rights to it and sell it in the marketplace as well. I am sure other people would want this too.

 

Bonus feature:
Upon purchase and private message sent, automatically open a support ticket in customer's name.

Have you considered looking into this:

Using @Kevin Carwile commerce rules in conjunction with Automation Rules you can create a rule that starts a private conversation upon product purchase...

Thanks @pilotguy I'll try the plugin you mentioned above. I'll keep everyone updated on whether it worked or not.
