Fix the "go to unread replies" link in the InBox

When you click on a private message via the inbox that has unread replies, you do not go to the unread replies, you only go to the first message in the thread.

When you click on the black dot via the messages overlay from the envelop icon at the top you DO go the unread responses.

Please fix the dot/star icons in the PM inbox to go straight to the unread replies.

Here's what the URL looks like from the inbox pop-up when you click on a message:

This is what the URL looks like if you click on a PM with unread messages in it from the InBox page:

https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/messenger/840224/

That second URL needs to include the ?latest=1 parameter.
