How to create a page with articles with the same tag?

I'm trying to setup a page or block which would show Pages articles with a certain tag. The catch is the tag is a variable. I would get to the that page by clicking a tag in one of the articles. So I guess the tag would have to be in the URL.

I'd like to achieve the same look as articles category listing but for tags.

Any ideas?
