Hi,

Users report a problem 503.
Me and some users no problem.
Others tell me that they have a problem and can not enter the website.

your site works fine for me. the suite works fine out of the box, 503 is something server side or a misconfigured/scripted php server or file. since it works out of box fine, i would look at customizations and server config; look at the php error logs on your server to find information related to the 503 error.
