I can't find my forum after attempt upload new update!

Hello yesterday i can attempt upload new update but now i can't find my forum with message" impossible to reach" and before this to happen i  try log into the forum as admin but request password and user i wrote my date and i can't login "htpassword"? Where i find this? I send a ticket but 7 hour the support can't responds me!!! Pls Help!

Did you have your admin panel password protected with htaccess? When you say you attempted the new update, can you tell us what exactly does that mean? Did you run the upgrader?

P.s. Did you make a backup of your database before attempting to upgrade your forum?
