What would be best hosting option for IPS 4?

Hi guys, 

after few weeks of trying to fix our server crashes etc. we came to a conclusion that we simply need to change host. So, can someone please tell us what would be best host solution for IPS 4?

We have around 40000 members and growing every day, but not all members are active so that number is lower in the end.

Any help here would be much appreciated, thank you!

As far as I know, IPs doesn't allow clients to recommend any third-party hosting, since they offer a "Community in the Cloud" solution.
