Simple 'Raffle' System

We're looking to setup a simple Raffle option for our Commerce Suite. 
 

• Monthly / Yearly Goals and amount raised so far posted/displayed on the forum.
• Able to set a ticket price for the raffle and when a ticket is bought, the goal/amount raised is updated.
• Able to see who's purchase a ticket, and how many, for the end of the month/year drawing.
• Adjustable prices and allowed to purchase multiple tickets.
• PayPal Payment Gate

Is there something out there already? I saw a few potentials in the marketplace, but didn't seem to cover all these functions. (I may just not realize it's possible wth something already)

Reason: users from the US are not allowed to run a raffle where you have to pay for the tickets unless you are registered as a non-profit organization, or have special authorization to do so. Same applies to the EU and other countries, and that's why Paypal is shutting accounts down. PayPal can also take actions against the accounts of people using the app, which could affect you financially. So, PayPal won't be an option.

I appreciate the information, but we are a registered organization and have been doing raffles via Paypal for a number of years. However, since upgrading to 4.x we no longer have the system we used to have. We're still looking for its replacement. Thanks!
