Player ratings system

I'd like a feature where a list of players are available to rate (1-10). There would be a different set of players weekly, so players/results would have to be separate each week.

Then when the vote has been cast, latest results are viewable:

 

Alternatively, I made another request in the past for 

Basically I just want a way to be able to rate players 1-10 inside a topic!

I'd probably prefer poll to work like the current poll system does but with those additional options.

Which do you think is more possible?
