Are there other heavy users with multipe Moderators?

Hi, we are using Invision Power Board as comment platform for our online articles. Our Comunity Managament consists of 5-7 CM's. At the moment we are struggling to update to IPB4.

Yet, our CM's used a very primitive Method to moderate Posts in the IPB-Backend; they are exchanging the Time until each of them has revised the comments (=posts) of an article (=topic). In the new Backend, there is no Time anymore, just "1 hour ago" or whatever.

So my Question is: Are there any Users here, who have serveral moderators who are working on the same topics / forums and are working in parallel? How are you organizing your work? How do you avoid redundant work? How do you know that a ppost is already revised by another moderator ...?
