I would find this more useful if there were an option to allow only users who have posted to show up in the list. I am getting recommended to follow users who have never posted and haven't even logged in for years. Why would I follow those people?

My question is: why are these accounts even available for the plugin to pick up? Is this by design or due to a limitation with IPS?

Never mind, I see you edited. :)

I realized this issue has already been addressed by the developer. Edit settings on the block can fix this. However, I updated my post. You quoted me before I could update my question for the developer.

I experienced this in 1.0, however it still exists within 1.1 - I don't know if its just me or what, though I thought I would report it.

For some reasons it doesn't actually show the full amount.

Why you did not say that the other widget has a problem too?

It's related with your custom skin

On default all looks fine

So is a new version coming out in the near future to fix the issue?

This looks like IPS core issue. I'll make some tests and report as a bug.

Or any new features being added?

I don't see any suggestions in the topic.

Sorry for the late reply.

After tests and debug I found it was bad cache.
