RSS Feeds/Import/Exporting Topics

Hello,

I'm new to using IPS' RSS feeds and wanted to ask how I should do this.

 

I want to export topics from a specific forum on an IPS board (board A, we'll call it) in a forum that can only be seen by staff (for example).

I want to import those topics from IPS board A to IPS board B to a specific staff forum. 

I also want the RSS feed (or whatever I should use in this example) to preserve the [hide] BBcode tags (from TB's Hide Content plugin) and the content inside of those hide tags (so it properly formats on IPS board B.

 

How should I do this? RSS feeds? I'm not sure how to approach it and want to ensure I do this correctly.
