Facebook Embed Resizing Crawling Bug

My users found this weird bug with some Windows-based browsers (IE10/11, Firefox) where Facebook embed starts off way to long then s-l-o-w-l-y shrinks to the right size. This video is about 1/4 the time of the full scroll length.
