SEO improvement needed

I am trying to follow some SEO guidelines and I would like to do that on paginated areas :

I can't pay for it if needed.

(what I want is not to have some comments like this : "SEO is not important, only content is important". I only want to have this working Thank you !)

I looked only on profile pages, but now I saw these meta on all others paginated pages.

So I don't need anymore these request
