Version 4 Japanese Characters

I went to ugprade to version 4 and I had issues with this and had to revert back.  I would love to upgrade to 4 but wanted to see if this was fixed. I put a link to my site and wanted to see if the upgrade could handle this?

My site does trophy guides for the PS3/PS4/Vita and it includes japanese/korean games as well.  Last time I asked was about 1 year ago so wanted to see if there is any changes.

I would try Product Guidance and/or a support ticket, assuming you haven't already done that.
