Commerce causing server errors

After the latest update, commerce has become very hostile on my server. The logs are now 5,000 pages long and I cannot edit or update any file downloads. This is also preventing members from uploading to ip.downloads as well.

I disabled plugins and addons and found commerce application to be the culprit.
