[PAID] - Update User Groups in Register Form & Control Panel

I need the following done;

I need this plugin

I need these options updated so i can choose which usergroup can select WHAT groups per group as example below.

 

Eg Donators can choose super donator, donator or top poster usergroup

Register users can can top poster usergroup.
