Backing up forums

Greetings IPS Community.

I would like to create a full backup of my entire website. How would I be able to do this? My website is http://www.industry-gaming.com/forums

Reason for asking is because I want to get rid of my primary website (domain listed without the /forums) and use my IPS 4 as the main website instead, but I don't want to start over from scratch.
