photo, vidéo on blog [4.1.14]

i try to find informations about external "posting"

user use for exemple hosting pic and youtube for stocking video and photos.

 and post them in the board on a blog, the system didn't convert them to visible, and tag like [media]or not working, i try to find if there is a setting in admin but found nothing?
