Blocks: Exclude Items From Feed

I know there's some nice filtering options in the blocks for putting feeds from Blogs, Gallery, Databases etc in.  What would be nice are some quick exclusion filters, such as excluding all blog entries or information by a Member.  So similar to the author to include field, an author to ignore field.

This would help in removing individuals that just clog up the feeds with useless blog posts like a twitter feed, without removing their privileges from having a blog.
