Can't Mark Question as Answered

As an admin, I'm trying to mark this question as answered -- however I only have up and down options.  What am I missing here?

Does anyone have an answer?  I have a list of answers for questions -- but I can't mark which one is correct!  Only votes up and down!   Does everyone else have this same problem?

For anyone else with this problem -- this is the answer from Tech Support that worked out perfectly!

Hello,

You would need to ensure that you have permissions set to be able to do others topics. This is a moderator permission withing Members >Staff >Moderators. You will find it on the forums tab when editing any entry in that section.
