Sidebar broke on 4.x

So i was editing the member group pictures then refreshed my website and my side bar is on the bottom of the page! and if i try to change sidebar to left it goes to the top of the page. I have also tried disabling 3rd party plugins and setting theme to default and nothing works! could someone help me?    www.krakengaming.xyz

You've forgotten to close the "<strong>" tag on the administrators group name formatting.

okay well i just changed that and it is still not working correctly
