Share a topic to a facebook page

Is it possible to share a topic to a Facebook page..?

i've been looking for so i can create a topic in a forum which will also post on Facebook..

I'm running 4.2  and would be willing to pay for the plugin...

Just enable the Facebook login method.

So will this post every thread that every member creates in a forum onto a Facebook page not a personal profile page...?
