facebook video weird core app

so when I put a facebook video up on my site I am getting a 403 error, when I inspect the code this is what is transpiring when I put the link in.  Dont know what to fix or where to fix it since the media tags are embedded somewhere.  I dont know what the problem is

I know thats wrong, something is wrong cause it wont let me pull the video up normally like It would here
