Commerce Application receives error 500 - Paypal

Hello all, 

I am having a small problem here. Purchased and Installed the Commerce application, and setup my paypal gateway. What is happening is when somebody tries to make a purchase they get directed to this error page - http://imgur.com/krj5WGD

I looked up the error logs, and here is what is it returning -

From what I understand, I am going to need to change my min_uid in my suphp.conf, or is it something else I need to do?

 

My system is running Cpanel with Centos 6.
