Access to unapproved topic by OP from notification

We use the Suite v4.1.12.1 and have customized friendly URL for topics:
http://example.com/760 = http://example.com/index.php?app=forums&module=forums&controller=forums&id=760

When a user posts a new topic that requires approval and gets notified about new comments in it while topic still not approved he is not able to follow a link.

For example, when he opens http://example.com/topic/760/?do=findComment&comment=11980 he gets the error:

Sorry, there is a problem
You do not have permission to view this content.
Error code: 2F173/K

But he is able to open topic by link http://example.com/760 or go directly to post by such link http://example.com/topic/760/#comment-11980 .
