Ghost topics & forums

Hi

I recently deleted some forums on my forum

the problem is that those deleted forums & their topics & posts are still showing in the database ( but not in the ACP & on my board...)

as if it had deleted them from showing in the ACP but not in the database...

if i try to go to the urls of those topics it gives me error

if i search for them on my board it doesnt find them (i rebuilt the search index)

but those topics are still present in the database

and my problem is that i cant add my sitemap to google as those "ghost" forums&topics&posts are present in the sitemap

What can i do ?
