latest version (4.1.12.1) broke my site

After I upgraded to the latest version (4.1.12.1), some strings in my "What's New" page are missing:

Also the "quote this" popup string is missing, and probably some more.

I believe this is related to the fact that a JS file named "root_js_lang_2.js" is actually missing from the server, and return 404 error when called on the page.

 

Please note that it was working perfectly fine before I upgraded from 4.1.12 to 4.1.12.1.

Have you tried manually reuploading your suite from your client area? then clearing cache (run first step of the support tool's something isnt working right).  if still having issues submit a ticket.
