Commerce List View issue

So I am working on customizing this theme for a clients store and I am running into this issue and for the life of me I cannot fix it. Can someone please take a look and see if you have a fix for it.

Basically right before it goes to mobile view while looking at the products in List View instead of fitting to the browser size it puts a horizontal scroll bar to view the rest of the page. See the attached image.

Also here is the page, please click "List View" and start to minimize browser size horizontally.

Also please note this happens on the default IPS theme as well (ugh)
