Commerce staff notes for groups other then administrators

Hey,

So I have created some limited admin groups on my forum.

I want them to be able to view staff notes in the commerce / support tickets but only those in the administrators group seem to be able to view them. My created admin groups even with all permissions given seem to never be able to view staff notes?

They can see their own staff notes but not other admins.

Any suggestions?
