Create Topic page issue

SO a member pointed out to me this

The Create Topic isn't stretching to fill the page and when they start entering text is makes is stretch out as show here

Also you'll notice they don't get the full editor

 

Now after looking at the code for ths IPS create topic as I am using now, it shows this extra text as shown on the bottom right of each image

#ipsLayout_mainArea:only-of-type {
    display: block;
}

Why does this now show up in my code and it shows up on the official site? Its also important to note that my theme is an altered version of the default theme.

Nevermind, I figured it out
