Go to newest unread in personal conversations

When clicking a message item in the messenger list, and there is unread replies, it currently doesn't redirect you to the newest unread reply in the conversation. 

This is something that a lot of members have been requesting on a community I administer. As they tend to have long conversations in the conversation system.

So I would like for it to redirect you to the newest unread reply in the conversation you click on, when you click on it from the message list.
