Translation problem in quotes

Hello ! 

I've just upgraded to version 4.1.9 and I found I have a few missing text. For example, in quotes, the text which says "On 5 septembre 2013 at 6:53 PM, Albert said:" doesn't appear. Here is a screenshot :

It does appear if I choose to use English language, so I believe the translation doesn't exist ?

I tried to translate it in the ACP/Customization/Languages, then French, then Translate and clic on the "Untranslated" button, but I can't find it...

Can you tell me how to fix this ?

So it looks like it's not a translation problem ?

How can I fix this problem then ?

This is fixed : when I ran the support tool in the ACP, it reset cache (something like that) and now it's ok.
