Creating sort index ?

Hello 

Looking at the mysql processes, I found this :

This happens at peak times, and it seems like it is causing performance problems.

 

Can you tell me what it is about ?

It looks like IP.Content is having trouble is searching for something it telling you to find it in the core section. Trying my best to help
