Suggestion: 'all followed content by default'

When you click the 'Manage Followed Content' in your user menu; the default followed content of the Marketplace downloads are shown. 

 

It would be nice to have the following: 

1. An option to re-order the left menu. 
2. An 'overall' menu item where you can see all content you follow.

I have that here, and suggest it for Reputation menu as well, and it is marked Internal Review.
