Advertisement not showing up in mobile view

Hello,

I created an advertisement and chose the option to place it just below the header. While in desktop view, it shows up fine. Once it goes into mobile view, the ad disappears.

Is there any way to have mobile view show that ad while in mobile view?

Resizing the browser on the desktop, I can see the ad being resized dynamically without an issue but once the browser is small enough to make mobile view kick in, the ad disappears.

I verified this by accessing the website on my cell phone. It does not appears in my phone, which of course is in mobile view.
